From the processing of coffee cherries in wet mill of “SILES PLANTATION” coffee, to the export and delivery of green coffee, HH Export Group is involved in all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring quality of coffee from the harvest to the delivery. We handles issues involving warehousing, movement, and delivery, while the trading and export department handles sales, futures and options, and contracts for both current and upcoming crop harvests and green coffee process, giving our exports clients in Nicaragua the best export service and the clients in USA the best possible import service.
HH Export Group also takes care of coffee from small producers, plantation owners, co-operatives, and specialty and commercial roasters. With such a diverse partners and clients, we are able to meet the needs of all customers at any level of the industry. From start to finish, the coffee business is complex, but we have controls of lots since they come to the delivery of our client if it’s only the mill process or the export of client’s coffee.
The process and the installation of “La Pita” mill are certificated for organic processing, giving to our clients the best price of the market if the green coffee supplier has the respective certification we pay them the premium according to the standards of each certification.
We handle the coffee under certification separated from others coffee since the product is weight to the dispatch, we make sure that your coffee is well processed in order to keep the quality of the beans and to avoid the cross contamination with non-certificated product.
We control the quality of the coffee received in order to give you a better price if the coffee has better quality than the standards of the market, we have experienced personal to make this task efficient, so you don’t have to worry about the specifications also if you have an special request of any kind we make sure to please you on your request, we give you details of how the coffee beans are evaluated in our lab.
